ARCX currently ships only to the following countries based on the address you provide at checkout:

Delivery timelines may vary between 3-10 days depending on your location. For your protection, transportation carriers are restricted from rerouting packages to other addresses.
If you have an online account where you purchased the products, you can log into your account and check the status of your order
2. Returns and Refunds
Purchases made on Arcx.fit may be returned to our UK office within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund. Product returns must be unused, not activated and in their original packaging including any parts or accessories. Product returns that have been damaged, used, or missing accessories may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds should be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

ArcX products purchased at another retailer should be returned to the original point of purchase. Return policies and restocking fees may vary for each retailer. Please contact them for more details.
3. Warranty / Repair
The ArcX smart ring is protected with a one year warranty. If you have an issue with your ArcX product, you may make a warranty claim by emailing email@example.com
